Why is there no warranty card in the box??

Paper warranty cards are no longer included with phones. Companies now include an e-warranty with all new devices, which is active as soon as the phone is turned on and a SIM card is inserted. You may check your "phone's" warranty status online or by going to a nearby warranty center.

How can I change my shipping address ??

Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The already made payments will be refunded to you.

How can I claim my refund amount??

You can claim your refund by filling in our refund form.

How can I return my order if it’s defective??

If your order is defective, please send a video proof to our WhatsApp number +92 303-2779663 and a member of our Experience Team will contact you.

How can I cancel my order??

In case your order has not been dispatched, you can cancel your order by calling us directly on our helpline at 051 884 7777.
If your order has already been dispatched, you have the option to refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery and return it to our Rider. Our team will identify your order as canceled, and the advance payment will be reimbursed.

Why are there no accessories in the box??

Some of the models of mobile phones no longer come with headphones and/or power adapters as per new sustainable consumption policies adopted by brands worldwide.

Can I change the color and storage of my recently placed order??

The Color and storage of your already placed order can only be changed if the order is not shipped and online payment has not been made.

How many days will it take for my payment to be refunded??

It usually takes between 3-15 days for your amount to be refunded. We request you to be patient during the meanwhile.
